喜树不同家系对低温胁迫的响应毕业论文

摘 要

以10个喜树家系的离体枝条为试材,在低温处理后测定枝条的相对电导率及可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量,对各指标进行相关性分析,采用隶属函数法对供试家系的抗寒力进行排序,筛选出抗寒性强的喜树家系,为喜树在其分布北界的引种、推广提供理论基础。主要结果如下:(1)低温胁迫使喜树家系主茎的细胞膜透性增加、膜质过氧化产物MDA含量增加,渗透调节物质游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加。不同家系和主茎不同部位受低温胁迫的影响程度不一,其中低温胁迫使86号的细胞膜透性提高幅度最大,7号、13号、18号和37号受低温影响的程度较小;使86号的MDA含量升高幅度最大,37号的MDA含量升高幅度最小;使37号游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量提高的幅度最大,86号游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量提高的幅度最小。另外,主茎不同部位受低温胁迫的影响程度表现为上部gt;中部gt;基部。(2)8个家系的耐寒力由强到弱的顺序为:37号、7号、18号、13号、67号、51号、21号、86号。

Comparative Analysis of the Difference of low Temperature resistance of Different Camptotheca acuminate Families

ABSTRACT

The four indexes including the relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content, free proline content and MDA content of the isolated branches of 10 Camptotheca acuminata families after low temperature treatment were measured and conducted correlation analysis. Cold resistance of 10 Camptotheca acuminata families was sorted out by using the subordinate function method. The Cold resistant Camptotheca acuminata families were screened out. The above conclusion provides the theoretical basis for the introduction and popularization of Camptotheca acuminata in north boundary of distribution area. The main results were as follows: (1) Low temperature stress increased cell membrane permeability, the contents of MDA, free proline and soluble sugar. The effect of low temperature stress on different families and different parts of main stem is different. The increase magnitude of the membrane permeability of No. 86 was the largest, but the one of No. 7, No. 13, No. 18 and No. 37 was the least. The increase magnitude of MDA content of No. 86 was the largest, but the one of No. 37 was the least. The increase magnitude of free proline and soluble sugar contents of No. 37 was the largest, but the one of No. 86 was the least. In addition, the degree of influence of different stem parts under low temperature stress showed upper part gt; middle part gt; base part. (2) The order of cold resistance from strong to weak of the eight families was No. 37, No. 7, No. 18, No. 13, No. 67, No. 51, No. 21, and No.86.

引 言

众所周知,低温是南方主要造林树种南种北移、扩大栽培范围的重要限制因子。低温伤害是林木栽培过程中常见的自然灾害,可导致林木减产,严重时导致林木死亡,使生产蒙受巨大的经济损失。耐寒性是林木在自然选择中通过长期的系统生长发育形成的一种耐寒能力,从细胞膜、细胞器结构和功能、渗透物质、蛋白质和能量代谢及形态结构等多方面的综合作用,具有遗传上的稳定性,是一个错综复杂的作用机理。

喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)是我国特有树种,为多年生亚热带落叶阔叶乔木,深根性树种,喜光,速生,不耐严寒干燥,较耐水湿,一般产于江苏南部、浙江、福建、江西、湖南、湖北、四川、贵州、广西、广东、云南等省区,广泛分布于长江中下游。喜树不耐赛,对低温较敏感,所以对喜树进行早期耐寒性评估显得十分必要。近年来各地都有引种,但由于不同种质资源间的抗寒性存在明显差异,生产上选种的不合理常会对其造成冷害,因此有必要对喜树种质资源的耐寒性进行鉴定、评价。
