马尾松种子园亲本遗传分析及选择毕业论文

摘 要

马尾松是我国南方最重要的造林用材树种之一,具有材质好、生长快,适应性强等优点。而种子园是马尾松良种繁育的主要途径。利用种子园子代进行亲本遗传测定,是评价种子园改良效果,制定改良计划的重要依据。本试验通过对福建省漳平五一林场桂东工区马尾松无性系种子园1995、1996、1997年营建的3批半同胞子代测定林进行分析得出以下结论:

(1)不同年份子代林的总体生长表现均显著优于对照,可见种子园不同年份所采收种子与普通林分相比均具有明显的改良效果。树高、胸径和材积性状的总体变异趋势为材积gt;胸径gt;树高,且95年树高、胸径和材积的变异系数(CV)稍低,96、97年CV大小基本相当。三个年份间树高、胸径及材积在半同胞家系间均存在极显著差异。

(2)不同年份子代共有家系树高、胸径和材积的生长表现不尽相同,CV总体变化趋势均符合材积gt;胸径gt;树高,且96、97年树高、胸径和材积的CV值相差不大,95年稍低于96、97年。三个年份间树高、胸径及材积在共有家系间均存在极显著差异。

(3)将三批子代林的总参试家系与共有家系比较,发现各生长性状变异系数有随家系数减少而下降的趋势,反之亦然。

(4)不同年份马尾松子代树高、胸径以及材积两两性状之间均为极显著正相关,特别是胸径与材积之间存在高度相关,相关系数达0.96以上。

Abstract

Pinus massoniana Lamb. is the most widely planted commercial forest tree species in southern China with its characters such as good wood quality, fast-growing and extensive adaptability. Seed orchard is a main way of seed supply for plantation of masson pine. Progeny test is the most important approach to evaluate the mother tree, advance of seed orchard, as well as the whole improvement program. In my paper, three series(1995, 1996 and 1997) of half-sib offspring plantations of masson pine clonal seed orchard(CSO), which set up in Zhangping Wuyi forest farm locating at Fujian province, were analyzed for its growth performance, degree of variation and pearson correlation between traits. The results were as follow:

  1. The growth performance of three series progeny were all superior to controls, which indicated the seeds harvested from CSO were significantly high on genetic quality comparing to natural stands. The trend of trait variations was in order of stem volume (V)gt;diameter at breast height (DBH) gt;height (H), and the traits coefficient of variations(CV) of 1995 series was slightly lower than that of 1996, 1997 series, but roughly equal variation existed between 1996,1997 series. ANOVA showed that extremely significant differences were presented among families for each of three plantations.
  2. There were certain differences on growth performance among common families (the families presented in all three series) of three plantations. The CV was still in order of Vgt;DBHgt;H, and the CVs on same traits among three years were 1995lt;1996 1997. ANOVA showed that families differ significantly on growth traits.
  3. Comparing the CVs of total families with that of common families, all common families were lower. This implied that CV of plantations may decline with the number of families.
  4. Pearson correlation analyses showed that extremely significant correlation existed among traits, especially for that of DBH and V, which coefficient was higher than 0.96.

1.1马尾松的概况

1.1.1生物学特征

马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)在植物分类学上属松科(Pinaceae)松属(Pinus)双维管亚属(Subgen.pinus)的一种。俗名山松、青松、枞树(广东、广西)、刺松(湖南)、枞柏(福建)[1]。属常绿乔木,在其适生地区树高可达40米、胸径达1米左右,树皮红褐色,下部灰褐色,深裂成不规则的鳞片状。树冠幼龄期呈圆锥形,老树则呈重叠平伞状,大枝轮生斜展,小枝微下垂,淡黄褐色,冬芽圆柱形或卵状圆柱形,红褐色,先端尖,芽鳞片稍反卷,通常边缘呈流苏状。针叶二针一束,偶见三针一束或一针一束,长12-20cm,细柔,树脂道边生。球果卵圆形或圆锥状卵形,长4-7cm,果径2.5-4cm,成熟时栗褐色;鳞盾微隆起或平,微具横脊,鳞脐微凹,通常无刺;种子连翅长2-2.7cm。花期4-5月;球果翌年10-12月成熟[2]

1.1.2分布

马尾松产于秦岭、淮河流域以南,东起沿海低山丘陵,西至川西大相岭东坡,南达华南南部,台湾也有少量分布。最喜光,喜温暖湿润气候,产区年平均气温13-22℃,年降水量800mm以上,能耐短时-20℃低温。喜生于酸性土(pH4.5-6.5)的山地,耐干旱瘠薄,不耐水涝及盐碱土,为长江流域以南广袤酸性土荒山荒地的先锋树种,常飞籽成林。

1.1.3经济价值

马尾松是我国亚热带地区大面积森林的主要树种之一。在中国南方15省区栽种面积有1424万hm2,它不仅具有适应性强,繁殖容易,生长迅速等特点,而且其经济价值高。马尾松经济价值主要表现在如下几个方面。

(1)木材性质。马尾松为质量系数较高的树种。同我国南北方主要商品材杉木和红松比较,马尾松弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、顺纹压力、端面硬度4种指标都超过其他二者。因此,马尾松木材广泛用于建筑、坑木、枕木、桥梁等用材。且马尾松木材耐水湿,素有“水浸千年松”的说法,适于水底工程[3]

(2)马尾松纤维造纸材。马尾松是我国南方的乡土速生树种,其木材纤维含量高,是制造高级纸张及人造丝的上等优质原料。随着我国国民经济事业的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,我国的制浆造纸工业必然要迅速发展,不仅产量上要大幅度增长而且产品质量上应有大的提高。为了适应形式发展的需要,目前正有计划地开展马尾松纸浆造纸工业用材优良品种的选育。

(3)马尾松是我国重要的产脂树种。产脂期长,产量高,单株立木胸径18cm以上,每年可割脂5~6kg,松枝的主要成品是松香和松节油。松香主要用于造纸工业、合成橡胶、电器工业、制造工业上。松香还是国防、冶金、水泥、医药、酿造和塑料工业等不可缺少的重要工业原料。松节油也是一种重要的化工原料,在许多方面都有广泛应用[4-5 ]
